The purpose of the Power Test (KEISER 6-Rep Test) is to determine your RESISTANCE SETTING FOR MAXIMUM POWER. Use your RESISTANCE SETTING FOR MAXIMUM POWER as a baseline measurement to program safe and effective training sessions.
