Solutions
Switch o the appliance, re-align the top
cover and switch it on again
Place the humidifier on a stable and
horizontal platform
Turn o and unplug the humidifier, stop
using it, and contact customer service
Recommend using distilled or filtered
water and cleaning the water tank at
least once a week
Turn o the equipment and unplug,
wipe o water stains, make sure the
humidifier is placed on a stable platform,
and restart the humidifier
It is forbidden to use cleaning agents and
other chemical reagents to clean the
humidifier, we recommend clean water
Wait 1 minute to let water fill the water
groove
Properly install the water tank or the
lever float
Stably rest this product on a flat, stable
position
