TROUBLESHOOTING
If the machine doses not work appropriately, please check as following before
turn to maintenance service.
Problem
Indicator light o ,
no fog
Indicator light on,
no fog, air instead
Indicator light on,
no fog, no air out
The amount of mist
emitted by the
equipment is too
small
Fog leaks out from
beyond the fog
outlet
Water leakage
which wet the
surface of table
Humidifier smells

Possible Reasons
Whether the power plug
is properly inserted
Water tank out of water
Energy gathering ring
wasn't installed
Floater wasn't installed properly
The water level in the tank is too
low and the humidifier turns o
automatically
There is scale in the water tank
There is scale on atomizer plate
Top cover not fitted in alignment
Humidity setting is too high,makes
the humidity indoor is too high
Your room is not ventilated
enough
Too much water in the tank and
liquid overflowing
The humidifier is brand new
The water in the tank is not
clean or the water stays in the
tank for a long time
Solutions
Replug the power cord, and restart the
humidifier
Add water into water tank and restart
the humidifier
Install the energy gathering ring on fog
tube in the water tank
Install the floater and restart the humidifier.
Add the right amount of clean water to
the water tank
Pour in citric acid or white vinegar soak,
wipe it with a towel, wash it with clean
water, and pour the water out along both
sides of the water tank
Use a so towel or cotton swab to clean
the surface of the atomize plate
Align the card slots, align the top cover
and re-install
Turn down the humidity setting to lower
gear
Open the window of the room and keep
the room well ventilated
Pour out the appropriate amount of water
from the appliance
Rinse the water tank with clean water
and leave the water tank air dry
Pour out the dirty water, wipe the tank with
a wet towel, add fresh water and restart
the appliance
