IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

SETTING UP YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE

1. The Smokeless Fire Pit is for outdoor use only. Do NOT use inside any enclosed area or under overhanging structures or trees.
2. DO NOT use Smokeless Fire Pit for indoor heating. Toxic carbon monoxide can accumulate and cause asphyxiation and possibly death.
3. CHILD SAFETY HAZARD This product is not intended for use by children. Adult use only. Smokeless Fire Pit is not a toy. Exercise the same caution you would with an open fire.
4. Smokeless Fire Pit must always be used with its included stand, especially when placed directly on wood, grass, PVC, or composite materials.
5. Exercise extreme caution when using Smokeless Fire Pit on or around combustible surfaces. Use on wood, plastic, composite, or other combustible surfaces is at your own risk and can lead to charring or ignition if not adequately elevated, insulated, or misused. Even when using the stand, wood and other combustible materials differ significantly in quality and have varying heat resistance ratings. Further elevate or insulate Smokeless Fire Pit if needed to avoid potential damage.
6. Be aware of potential damage to people and property from embers.
7. DO NOT store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors or liquids in the vicinity of Smokeless Fire Pit.
8. DO NOT use Smokeless Fire Pit in windy conditions.
9. Keep all electrical cables away from Smokeless Fire Pit.

BEFORE AND DURING USE

10. NEVER leave Smokeless Fire Pit unattended while in use, hot or while cooling off, especially if used near combustible surfaces.
11. Smokeless Fire Pit will be extremely hot when in use. NEVER attempt to touch or move Smokeless Fire Pit during use or before it has completely cooled down. Any direct contact may lead to serious injury whether accidental or otherwise. DO NOT lean any objects against Smokeless Fire Pit.
12. DO NOT lean over Smokeless Fire Pit when lighting or when in use.
13. DO NOT use gasoline, lighter fluid, or other flammable liquid to light or relight Smokeless Fire Pit. Doing so can lead to serious injury or property damage, in particular if the flammable liquid pools in the bottom of the fire pit.
14. Smokeless Fire Pit is designed for use with natural fuel sources (wood) and may not function properly with other fuel sources.
15. DO NOT alter or modify Smokeless Fire Pit in any manner.
16. DO NOT wear flammable or loose clothing when operating Smokeless Fire Pit.

AFTER USE & CARE

17. DO NOT leave on combustible surfaces overnight after use even if you believe it has cooled off.
18. After a period of non-use, check your Smokeless Fire Pit for signs of damage and creosote build-up. DO NOT operate until the necessary repairs and/or clean-up is done.
19. DO NOT use water to extinguish the fire as this could cause damage to the Smokeless Fire Pit as well as injury to the user.
20. Dispose of ashes properly, in an ash-safe metal bin. Ashes can maintain heat and combustion can occur even after several hours.
21. Serious injury, death and/or property damage may occur if the above instructions are not followed exactly. User assumes all responsibility for safety.

DEEP CLEANING
CREOSOTE – FORMATION AND NEED FOR REMOVAL.
When wood is burned slowly, tar and other organic vapors that combine with expelled moisture to form creosote. When ignited, this creosote makes an extremely hot fire.

1. Untwist the thumbscrews to remove the double wall body.
2. Spray degreaser on the grate and ash pan. Use a non-abrasive scrubber to clean them.
3. Wipe down with strong paper towel.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Find a large, clean area to assemble your appliance. Remove all packing material before assembling.

Sharp edges. Wear gloves while assembling.

HOW TO USE YOUR FIRE PIT

RECOMMENDED FUEL: WOOD

DO NOT leave unattended while hot or cooling off.

After use, allow fire to burn itself out. Damage and injury could result from using water to extinguish fire.

LIGHTING WOOD:

1. Place your fire starter in the middle of your Smokeless Fire Pit.
2. Use a long lighter to light the fire starter.
3. Start adding sticks, chunk wood or kindling slowly. As your pieces of wood catch fire, add more as needed.
   NEVER stack wood higher than Smokeless Fire Pit's interior vent holes. Doing so will cut off airflow, and will cause your fire to smoke. Make sure wood is resting under the holes, and that the holes are clearly visible after fueling.
4. Add wood as needed to keep it burning continuously.
