Location of controls

  1. On/off switch: push it to power on or off the unit.
  2. 3. Volume +/- button: press and hold it to adjust the output volume level.

Battery charging

This unit had built-in rechargeable lithium battery inside. Before start the playing, please follow up below step for charging.

  1. Using the supplied USB to microUSB type charging cable connects the speaker with your USB charger (USB adaptor or USB output port like on PC, USB rating output: 5V/1 A, other USB charger with current equal or above 1A). The micro USB connector should connect with the DC 5V power jack of speaker, and the another terminal connect with USB charger. Then plug your USB charger into the household AC power.
  2. The charging LED will light on in red color during charging, and the red color LED will Off when the battery is fully charged.
  3. The speaker will off automatically when the battery power exhausted, please arrange recharge for playing.
  4. The output sound may intermittent due to lower power. This is not malfunction. Please arrange it for recharging.


We recommend connect the USB charger with rating output spec at DC 5V/1 A, or equal or above 1A output current USB power. The general USB output on PC (personal computer) is 5V/1 A (please reference your PC spec for checking). There may have some charging noise or abnormal function from speaker if the charging current is too low. If it happened, please remove the charging power and put the speaker in a while, then the speaker will reset the function in normal. Please kindly note this is not malfunction.

warning Notes:
Your battery lifetime will last longer if you follow up below simple guidelines for charging and storing.

  1. For charging first time, charge it at least 10 hours.
  2. Recharge and store the unit within the temperature range of 5ºC~35ºC (40ºF~95ºF).
  3. Do not charge longer than 24 hours. Excessive charging or discharging may shorten the battery's life.
  4. Battery life naturally shortens slowly over time.
  5. Please turn off the speaker if long time not to use.
  6. The speaker can play music during charging.
  7. Due to prolong charging and discharging, the unit battery life will be affected and playback time will also be shortened. We cannot guarantee the same playback consistently throughout and this is not include in our warranty and service.

Bluetooth operation

The speaker includes Bluetooth function which allows you to wireless playback the audio with other Bluetooth device like smart phone etc. Please follow up below for the operation.

  1. Switch to Bluetooth mode, then the blue color LED will flare which means the speaker is ready to pair with other device.
  2. Enable the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device, and search the available Bluetooth device( please reference your device manual for the operation).
  3. Check the available Bluetooth device on the menu list of your device, and select "BLAUPUNKTBT52" "BLAUPUNKT BT52" in order to start pairing. Please key-in "0000" (4 zero) in case of a POP password required during pairing. The blue LED will become stable when the pairing is successful.
  4. Select and play the music on your Bluetooth device. Then the sound will output from speaker.
  5. During Bluetooth playback, you can short press the play/pause button to play or pause the music; short press the volume +/- button to select last or next track;

Phone call hands free:
when the cell phone was paired with speaker, and an incoming call is arriving; short press the play/pause button can pick up the call; answer the phone call and talk aim to the microphone hole within 30cm (suggested distance) in order get better conversation sound quality; short press the play/pause button again can end the phone call and resume the music playback.

warning Notes:

  1. All Bluetooth devices are not guaranteed to pair successfully due to different design and brand.
  2. Please do not put your cell phone very close to the speaker during phone call hands free conversation, in order to avoid interference which will impact the conversation sound quality.
  3. The Bluetooth best working distance is within 10 meters without any obstacle in between.

FM radio operation

Before listen to the radio, please try to move the unit next to the window as you can, or plug on the audio cable as external antenna(optional) in order to get better reception.

Station Scanning:
switch to FM radio mode, then Short press the play/pause button to auto scan and save the available FM station( max support up to 45 preset station) short press the volume I-button to select the last or next preset station; press and hold the volume +/- button to decrease or increase the volume.

TF/MicroSD card playback

Please copy the MP3 format music into the TF or MicroSD card device (max supported 32GB) before start the playing, and then insert the card into the slot on the rear panel of unit. Power on and switch to the MicroSD playback mode; the speaker will read out the card device automatically, and get the music output after few seconds.
In TF/MicroSD card playback mode, short press the volume+/- button to select the last or next track; press and hold the volume +/- button to decrease or increase the volume. Short press the play/pause button to play or pause the music.

warning Notes:

  1. The TF/MicroSD card playback mode is only available when there have card device installed on the speaker successfully.
  2. The supported audio format is MP3 in TF/MicroSD playback mode, but not guarantee all mentioned audio file.
  3. Not all TF/MicroSD card devices are supported due to different design and brand, the max supported storage is 32GB.
  4. Please kindly insert the TF or MicroSD card into the slot properly.

Using the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable connect the AUX IN jack of unit with the line out or headphone jack on any other external audio player like mp3 player etc. Power on and switch to AUX IN playback mode; select and play the music from your external audio player, then the sound will output from the speaker.

warning Notes:

  1. ln AUX IN mode, the main control is on your external audio player side. But you still can increase or decrease the volume on the speaker side.
  2. Please kindly note the AUX in mode is only available when the audio cable was plugged in.

Trouble shooting

The unit cannot power on

  1. Please charge the unit and try again.
  2. Please contact the service center in case of issue remains.

There is no or intermittent sound output in Bluetooth mode

  1. Please turn off the Bluetooth, and repair with the speaker.
  2. Please put your Bluetooth device closer with the speaker.

No available FM station or background noise in FM

  1. Please plug on the 3.5mm stereo audio cable and re-scan the available FM station.
  2. Please tune to another FM station for listening.
  3. Please try to move the unit next to the window in order to get better reception.

The speaker cannot read out the music in TF or microSD card

  1. Please check if you insert the TF or microSD card into the slot properly.
  2. Please check if the audio format is in MP3.

  • Safety and operating instruction should be retained for future reference.
  • The apparatus should not be exposed to dripping or splashing or placed in a humid atmosphere such as a bathroom.
  • Do not install the product in the following areas:
  • Places exposed to direct sunlight or close to radiators.
  • On top of other stereo equipment that radiate too much heat.
  • Blocking ventilation or in a dusty area.
  • Areas where there is constant vibration.
  • Humid or moist places.
  • Do not place near candles or other naked flames.
  • Operate the product only as instructed in this manual.
  • Before turning on the power for the first time, make sure the power adaptor is properly connected.

For safety reasons, do not remove any covers or attempt to gain access to the inside of the product. Refer any servicing to qualified personnel.
Do not attempt to remove any screws, or open the casing of the unit; there are no user serviceable parts inside. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.

Object and Liquid Entry - Never push objects of any kind into this product through openings, as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-circuit parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product. Do not place any object containing liquid on top of the product.
  9. Servicing - Do not attempt to service this product yourself, as opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
  10. Replacement parts - When replacement parts are required, ensure that the service technician has used replacement parts specified by the manufacturer or have the same characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire, electric shock or other hazards.
  11. The highest environmental temperature suitable for this product is 35ºC.
  12. ESD hints - If the product maybe reset or not reset to operation of control due to electrostatic discharge, just switch Off and reconnect again, or move the product to another location.

  9. If the system is brought directly from a cold to a warm location, or is placed in a very damp room, moisture may condense on the lens inside the player. If this occurs, the system will not operate properly. Please leave the system turned on for about an hour until the moisture evaporates.
  10. Do not attempt to clean the unit with chemical solvents as this might damage the finish. Wipe with a clean, dry or slightly damp cloth.
