1. Remove lamp from packing placing lamp body base
(A) flat on a steady surface.
2. Connect the AC Adapter (E) into input (D) located in
the rear of the base (A).
3. Plug the A/C adapter (E) into a standard household
120V AC outlet.
4. Turn the lamp ON & OFF using power switch (F)
located near plug of A/C adapter.
5. To position the shade simply bend the Flex-Neck (B)
as needed to point the light. To avoid damaging the
lamp, DO NOT force the Flex-Neck into a sharp bend.

SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS
1. Turn off/unplug and WAIT UNTIL BULB / LAMP
HEAD IS COOL before handling.
2. Bulb gets hot quickly! Touch only switch/plug when
turning ON or OFF.
3. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can
be fully inserted into the receptacles in the extension
cord.
4. Do not alter the plug.
5. The bulb included with this unit cannot be replaced by
the consumer.
