7.4.2. Space for maintenance The UTBS can be ordered with access side in the desired hand (according to air sense) Access to fi lters can by done throw the specifi c lateral registers or from the inferior panels. The access to the electrical cabinet is from the lateral panel. To perform the disassembly of coils and batteries, it is necessary to remove the lateral panel and slide the battery until her complete extraction.

For ceiling and fl oor-mounted applications, the unit must be suspended from the four angle brackets on each module, as follows: CEILING MOUNTED FLOOR MOUNTED To prevent transmission of motor vibrations until wrought, it is necessary to install an- tivibrations on each of the anchor points. Use antivibration kits recommended in the following table: Model Antivibration support...

The module frames have mounting brackets on each corner that are used to secure the equipment to the ceiling and to join the various modules to one another. If the unit is made up of different modules, it will be supplied with a joining kit with 4 sets of bolts, washers, nuts and a sealing gasket.
7.5.2. Additional fi lters mounting The air conditioner is supplied with a fi lter mounted inside. In the long frame versions, equipped with F7 fi lter from factory it is also possible to mount a second fi lter in the specifi...
Once mounted the servomotor, make the electrical connection between the servomotor and the electrical cabinet according to the indications in the electrical diagram. Check that the rotation sense of the actuator is correct. If it is necessary, modify the damper rotation sense via the selector in the frontal of the actuator 7.5.5.

Integration to the DX group Control ATENTION The DX systems could be very sensitive to cooling/heating demand variations. Some DX systems manufacturers use to limit the allowable airfl ow regulation range. In case of no recommendation by the manufacturer, S&P recommends that the mini- mum airfl...
In order to ensure oil return to the compressor, it is recommended to design the suction and gas lines, such that fl ow speeds of 2,6 m/s (horizontal pipes) and 5,2 m/s (vertical pipes) will be achieved. 7.9. DRAINAGE SYSTEM •...
Roof The rainproof roof is supplied dismantled and consists of several pieces that are moun- ted on the equipment at the installation site. Model UTBS-2 UTBS-3 1260 1100 UTBS-5 1660 1500 UTBS-8 2060 1900 * If the unit is equipped with a baseframe (B versions), this unit height is increased in 80 mm.
• Once installed, the unit must meet the following Directives: − Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC − Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC − Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2004/108/EC • Once these operations have been carried out, it is necessary to verify the tightening of all the electrical connections (a badly tightened cable can cause irreparable damage).
7.11.2. Electric battery connection • Use the electric heater to heat clean air. Fire risk is increased when the electric hea- ter gets dirty, therefore it is recommended to place an air fi lter before the heating element. • The electrical installer must provide airfl ow control device, so that, the electrical hea- ter operates when the minimum airfl...
