WARNING: To prevent electric shock, make sure the lamp is not
plugged in until all assembly steps are complete.
NOTE: THIS UNIT IS FULLY ASSEMBLED
1. Make sure the lamp is not plugged in to an electrical outlet.
2. Remove lamp from packing placing lamp body (A) base flat on
a steady surface.
3. Connect power adaptor input (K) into connector (L) in the rear-
bottom of arm (D).
4. Plug the AC adapter (M) into a standard household 120V AC
outlet. Note: Only use with the supplied AC adapter to
avoid damage or fire.
5. Turn the lamp ON or OFF by depressing switch (B) located on
the lighted magnifier assembly (C)
6. To reposition the body of lamp simply grasp arm (D) to lower or
raise as needed. A coin can be used to tighten or loosen hinge
nut (G) on lower-end side of arm (D). DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
as lamp may be damaged.
7. To position the lighted magnifier assembly (C) simply grasp joint-
connection (E) to lower or raise as needed. A coin can be used

to tighten or loosen hinge nut (F) on top-end side of arm (D). DO
NOT OVERTIGHTEN as lamp may be damaged.
8. To use magnifier (J) located in lighted magnifier assembly (C),
open protective lid (H). When magnifier (J) is not in use, close
protective lid (H) for safe coverage.
9. Additional features included in this lamp is as follows:
• Lighted magnifier assembly (C) can swivel left-right at joint-
connection (E).
• Lighted magnifier assembly (C) can rotate left-right at joint-
connection (E).

1. Turn lamp OFF and WAIT UNTIL lighted magnifier assembly
(C) and adaptor (M) are cool before handling.
2. The LED circular panel (P) might get hot after several hours of
continuous use, DO NOT place your hands directly on the
LED circular panel.
3. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted into the receptacles in the extension cord.
4. Do not alter the plug.
5. The lighted magnifier assembly (C) included with this unit
cannot be replaced by the consumer.
6. INDOOR USE ONLY.
