Make sure the power switch is in the on ( I ) position and the printer

door is closed.
Press the CANCEL button.
2.
Let the printer initialize completely.
3.
Press CANCEL to operate the cutter, if necessary.
4.
Open the printer door.
5.
Turn the pressure roller lever counterclockwise to release the paper.
6.
Turn the paper roll tension knob clockwise to wind up the paper.
7.
Turn the paper drawer knob counterclockwise several times until you

can pull the drawer out from the printer.
Grasp the drawer handle, and pull it outward until it locks into position.
9.
Remove and inspect the paper roll. Replace the paper roll if necessary.

Load the paper roll. See
