The ERROR indicator flashes.
Cause
Paper is empty.
Yellow ribbon is empty.
Magenta ribbon is empty.
Cyan ribbon is empty.
XTRALIFE ribbon is empty.
The printer door is open.
The printer drawer is pulled out.
The paper is jammed inside of the printer. See
Solution
Load a new paper roll.
Load a new yellow ribbon.
Load a new magenta ribbon.
Load a new cyan ribbon.
Load a new XTRALIFE ribbon.
Close the door.
Insert and lock the paper drawer.
