REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, EC 1907/2006) is the European Union's (EU) chemical substances regulatory framework. REACH requires NZXT Inc. to provide customers with sufficient information on Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) contained in products in concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w) to allow safe use of the product. - Page 15 "electrical and electronic equipment" cannot be discarded as municipal waste anymore and manufacturers of covered electronic equipment will be obligated to take back such products at the end of their useful life.
