Dear Bormannelite, I purchased one BBQ grill of Bormann elite BBQ1172 from JB Saeed Studio based in Karachi - Pakistan. The item was shipped to me but with missing "Hinges" to secure upper lid and front, side shelves. I'm following up with them but they are not responding and ignoring my messages.
