Χρήση σχάρας · Πριν μαγειρέψετε τα τρόφιμα στη σχάρα, βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ψησταριά είναι πλήρως λειτουργική και ότι η λεκάνη και η σχάρα είναι καθαρές. Τοποθετήστε τα κάρβουνα ή την μπρικέτα στη λεκάνη ψησίματος σε ποσότητα που δεν υπερβαίνει το 1/2 του όγκου της λεκάνης.
