MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The light source is only exchangeable by a professional.
• Do not use solvents, gasoline or similar. This would damage the
luminaire.
• The illumination level of a luminaire decreases during its service
life as a result of aging of the LEDs, contamination of the luminaires,
due to temperature influences.
• Planning of maintenance intervals is necessary to ensure that the
planning specifications are adhered to throughout the service life
of the lighting installation. It is therefore assumed that cleaning
intervals form part of the lighting planning (lightly damp wipe
surfaces relevant to lighting once a month).

The warranty claim and the guarantee expire in case of damage
to the product caused by non-observance of these operating inst-
ructions. We are not liable for any consequential damage resulting
from this! The same applies to damage to property or personal
injury caused by improper handling or non-observance of the safety
instructions. Due to the special characteristics of LEDs (lifetime, color
deviations, etc.) we have formulated conditions for the planning
and installation of our LED products. These are part of this operating
manual! If they are not available, please request them! Do not look
directly into the LED! LEDs can damage the eyes!
SAFETY INFORMATION
• The luminaire is suitable for indoor use only, in dry and closed
rooms.
• Mounting location/installation surface: Only install the luminaire
on load-bearing level surfaces. Check that the luminaire is standing
securely. Otherwise, the fixture could fall over, resulting in damage to
the product and / or injury.
• Do not allow children to play with the packaging film. Children can
get caught in it while playing and suffocate.
• The lamp is supplied with a Schuko plug.
• The installation / assembly of the product must be carried out
according to the instructions.
• Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel only.
• Do not use the product if you notice any damage, defective cover,
flickering, smoke, steam, or audible crackling sounds. Fire odors are
generated.
• A damaged product may only be repaired or replaced by the
manufacturer, its service representative or a comparable specialist.
• The installation must be carried out in accordance with the valid
application and country-specific guidelines, including VDE 0.100.
• Never open any of the electrical equipment or insert any objects
into it. Such interventions represent a danger to life due to electric
shock.
• Be sure to avoid contact of the product with water or other liquids.
• For reasons of electrical safety, the fixture must never be exposed to
water or other liquids, or even immersed in water.
• The product must not be changed or modified.
• Do not place and/or hang any objects on/near the light head.
• Prevent accidents, do not let children handle the lamp
unsupervised, the lamp could fall over and seriously injure your
child.
DISPOSAL
The packaging consists of environmentally friendly materials.
Dispose of them in the local recycling containers.
Do not dispose of this product in the household garbage when it has
reached the end of its lifecycle, but
rather take it to a disposal center. Your local officials
will provide you with information about collection
offices and their business hours.
Keep foil packaging away from small children, there is a risk of
suffocation.
