RC22 Automatic Control Box Installation Step 1 - Remove Gate Return Handles Start by pushing Trip Latch Handle to release front gate. With impact or ratchet and wrench, remove bolts holding gate return handles. (Fig. 1). Locate and replace with Handle Replacement Straps. -

Step 4 - Attach Control Box Locate two (2) 3" Mounting Plates and four (4) 21/2" Bolts and Nuts. Slip a Bolt through one of the Mounting Plates and through base of AI Box. Thread a Nut over the end. Do Not Tighten yet. -

Step 7 - Install Headgate Cylinder Assembly Locate and attach the Cylinder Linkage Bracket to the spring brake assembly of the Headgate with two (2) Cylinder Linkage Bolts and Nuts (Fig. 20).
