Safety Instructions and
Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:
1.
Read all instructions.
2.
Do NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handle or dials.
3.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cable, plugs or unit body
in water or other liquids.
4.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or
near children.
5.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of
children less than 8 years.

Unplug from socket when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
7.
Do NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cable or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Contact
Chefman® Customer Support for examination, repair or adjustment.
8.
The use of accessory attachments not recommended by Chefman®
may cause injuries.
9.
Do NOT use outdoors.
10.
Do NOT let cable hang over edge of table or worktop, or touch hot
surfaces.
11.
Do NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric hob, or in a heated oven.
12.
Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot
oil or other hot liquids.
13.
To disconnect, turn any control to off, then remove plug from wall socket.
14.
Do NOT use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
