AIR FRYING CHART

Use this handy chart to help you cook some of your favourite foods. Note that the times reflect a
5-minute preheat. If not preheating your air fryer, please add a few minutes to the cook time. The
quantities suggested below allow ample room for air flow but can be adjusted.
