The following operations are performed if an error is detected during self-diag-
nosis.
• Input evaluation results corresponding to safety inputs for which errors
have been detected are made inactive.
• The indicator of the safety input with the error lights red.
• The error appears in the error history.
• The NE0A-series Controller continues to operate.
