7. Problem solving
Before contacting your dealer, please check the following points:
Failure
Enjo won't start
Enjo does not take charge
Control unit does not light up
Bracket detaches from wheelchair or
strange noise.
When crossing, the Enjo wheel is
perpendicular to the wheelchair axis and/or
passes in front of the wheelchair wheels.
The rear of the Enjo rubs the ground
when crossing
Check that the LEDs [14] light up when the ON/OFF button is pressed.
Check the battery gauge and recharge your Enjo.
Check the strap's tension and the Enjo wheel is in contact with the ground.
Check the condition of the cables, especially the one leading to the control system.
Check that your mains plug is working properly.
Check that you are using the correct charger.
Check that the LED on the charger changes color from green to red when
charging.
Check that the charging plug on the Enjo is not damaged.
Check the battery level gauge before charging, and after charging after 2 hours to
see how it's progressing.
Press the ON/OFF button.
Check that the cable linking the Enjo to the control system and connexion are not
damaged.
Check all components for tightness.
Contact your dealer.
Check that the safety strap is properly adjusted and tensioned.
Contact your dealer.
Contact your dealer to check the installation of the Enjo mounting bracket.
You can also check the tension of the safety strap and the angle of the Enjo's
spout.
