The equipment can quickly become a source of danger if you do not observe the safety instructions.
Work with particular care when using the equipment near flammable materials. Never apply it for too long to one place.
The high heat output of this equipment increases the danger of fire and explosion. The steam and gases produced can be dangerous to health.
Make sure that your workplace is always well ventilated.
After using the equipment, place it down with the nozzle pointing upwards and before storing let it cool down completely.
Always keep the mains lead away from the machine's working area and fed to the rear of the machine.

RECOMMENDED USES

For removing paint, varnish and adhesives.
For shaping and bonding plastics, pipe connections, pipe bending etc.
Use to shrink heat sleeves and on heat shrink film.
De-icing (thawing) water pipes. It is not intended for use on pipes made from PVC or similar materials.
Take note - for all materials: To get the best results, try the equipment on a small piece of the material first.

OPERATION

Before using the hot air gun, make sure that the voltage of the electrical supply to be used corresponds with that on the rating plate.
Two setting switch :
Setting I: 375° C
Setting II: 550° C
Never use in the bath or over water.
Never leave the hot air gun unattended. Keep children well away from the equipment.

MAINTENANCE OF YOUR HOT AIR GUN
1. To work safely and in accordance with the regulations see that the air vents are always kept clean.
2. A damaged mains lead and any other damaged parts must be replaced with a special cable or replacement parts which can be obtained
directly from the manufacturer or a specialist service centre.
3. Do not allow liquids to get inside the hot air gun. Use a soft cloth to clean the housing. Never use petrol, solvents or cleaners that might
attack the plastic.
