3. Do not allow liquids to get inside the hot air gun. Use a soft cloth to clean the housing. Never use petrol, solvents or cleaners that might attack the plastic. - Page 6 This allows you to start the final cleaning process on the same day. If no amount of soaking with water is enough to remove old wallpaper - hot air can help. Apply hot air to well-soaked wallpaper and it will come off easily with a scraper.
