If Windows 20000 - check if there is a plug and play issue

Windows 2000 is plug and play so be aware of its
related issues.
Check if the drive is detected and check the driver
properties in Device Manager, Computer
Management, Administrative Tools, then select
Tape Devices. If a native driver is loaded then
under driver details it will state either Microsoft or
some other version of a HP driver, which will allow
native backup applet support.
