Loosen base station

Risk of injury from unsecured objects
In case of an emergency stop or accident, the unse-
cured base station may cause injury to other occupants
in the vehicle.
Secure the base station, including the seat module,

in the vehicle, even if no child is being transported.

ISOFIX locking arms
1. Remove the seat module from the base station.
2. Keep holding the adjustment button 1 depressed.
3. Slide the lower section of the support leg 2 into the up-
per section.
4. Release the adjustment button 1.
P The support leg 2 is fully retracted.
5. Push the base station into the car seat.
6. Slide the slider 5 to the side and hold it in place.
7. Pull the base station away from the car seat.
8. Release the slider 5.
9. Press the release button 4 on the
ISOFIX locking arms 3 and pull the
ISOFIX locking arms 3 away from the ISOFIX installa-
tion bracket.

10.Slide the ISOFIX locking arms 3 back into the base sta-
tion.
P Both ISOFIX locking arms 3 are protected against dam-
age.
