Preparation before use

  • Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
  • Check that the device is in good condition and with all accessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the device.
  • Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See → Cleaning & Maintenance).
  • Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
  • Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant surface that is safe against water splashes.
  • Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in the future.
  • Keep the user manual for future reference.

NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Operating instructions

Power Up

When plug into the socket, "- - - -" will be shown on the display. It will disappear in 1 minute of inactivity. Then, the microwave will enter into the Idle Mode.

Idle Mode

During idle mode, the screen is blank and there will be no oven activity. Opening and then closing the oven door will activate the Ready Mode. The oven will enter idle mode after a minute of no use, The time it takes to activate idle mode can be changed with the 'user options' (Option 4, Timeout Window).

Ready Mode

Opening and closing the door while the oven is in Idle Mode will put the oven into Ready Mode. In this mode, the oven is ready to either begin a manual or preset cooking cycle. During Ready Mode, 0:00 is displayed. During Ready Mode, the oven can go to almost all of the other modes.

Door Open Mode

Door open mode is activated by opening the door. During this mode, the screen is blank. And the fan and oven lamp work. During operation, when the door is opened the program will be paused, the fan keeps rotating and the light is on.

Manual Entry Mode

Make sure the microwave is under Ready Mode. Select the time with the 'Time Entry' button, the display will show "00:00", select the requested time with the number keyboard. After that, select the power level by pressing [0%/20%(Defrost)/50%/70%]. The display will show the selected power. If you press again the same power level button, the power will be set back to 100% power. Also, if no power level button is set, the power will be default to 100% power. When everything is set, press the 'Start' button, now the microwave will start operating. At the end of the cycle the display will show 'End'.

Pause Mode

This mode allows users to pause the cycle to inspect or stir the food while the microwave is operating. Open the door or press the 'Pause' button to pause the cycle. The display will show the remaining time. To resume the cycle, close the door and press the 'Start' button. When nothing is done the microwave will go into idle mode within 1 minute.

Preset program mode

This microwave comes with 10 preset programs. When the microwave is in 'Ready Mode' press one of the number keys and the microwave will run the program. Below you'll find the 10 preset programs. When operating the microwave shows the remaining time in the display, when it's a multi-stage program the total remaining time will be displayed.

Programming

This microwave can preset up to 100 programs. See and follow "User options - 9 Double digit" session for setting program no. from 10 to 100. Open the door, then press and hold number "1" on the number keyboard for about 5 seconds, the buzzer will sound and the display will show "ProG" to indicate you entered program mode. Select the time with the 'Time Entry' button, the display will show "00:00", select the requested time with the number keyboard. After that, select the power level. Press the power level buttons [0%/20% (defrost) /50%/70%], the display will show the selected power. If you press again the same power level button, the power will be back to set 100% power. Also, if no power level button is set, the power will be default to 100%. After setting the time, power and press the 'Start' button to save the program. The display will show "ProG". Close the door to return to 'ready mode'. If you want to cancel during programming, press the 'Pause' button and the oven will return to the 'door open' mode and the program won't be saved.
Below a quick guide how to make a program of 1.25 minutes at 70% power:

  1. Open the door and press number button '1' for 5 seconds, display will show "ProG".
  2. Press number button '3', the program will be saved in "3".
  3. Press the number buttons '1' '2' '5' to set the cooking time.
  4. Press for the power level. The display will show "PL7".
  5. Press the 'Start' button. The program is now saved under number keyboard '3'.

To overwrite the program repeat the steps above.
Note: Total programming time is limited to 60 minutes only.
Note: When the cooking time exceeds the maximum time the microwave can operate (standard 60 minutes) three beeps will be sound. This means you need to adjust the time before the program can work.

Double quantity (X2)

This microwave is equipped with a function to calculate the amount of time needed when preparing a double quantity of food. Press the 'X2' button followed by the program and the microwave will increase the time you preset and start the process. This function can only be used in combination with a preset program mode.

Multi stage cooking Mode

This function allows the user to cook the food under different combination of power levels by "Manual Entry mode or Programming mode. The maximum number of stages is 3. To use this function first follow the steps under 'Time Entry'. After setting the time and power of the first stage press 'Time Entry' again, the display shows "S-2", now input the desired time and power. If a third stage is needed, press "time entry" once more, the display will show "S-3", and input the desired time and power. Now press the 'Start' button to start the microwave. Multi stage input is set in a same manner while in programming mode. Bellow an example of how this could work:

  1. Open the door, then press and hold number "1" on the number keyboard for 5 seconds, display will show "ProG".
  2. Press number button '3', the program will be saved in "3".
  3. Press the number buttons '1' '2' '5' to set the cooking time. The display will show "1:25".
  4. Press for the power level of stage 1. The display will show "PL7".
  5. To set the second stage press 'time entry' button, the display will show "S-2".
  6. Press the number buttons '3' 3' '0' to set the cooking time. The display will show '3:30'.
  7. Press for the power of stage 2. The display will show "PL5".
  8. To set the third stage press 'time entry' button once more, the display will show "S-3".
  9. Press the number buttons '1' '0' '0' to set the cooking time. The display will show '1:00'.
  10. Press for the power of stage 3. The display will show "PL2".
  11. Press the 'start' button. The multi stage program is now saved under button '3'.

Note: Total cooking time is limited to 60 minutes only.
Note: When multi stage cooking is active the microwave shows the total time remaining of all stages.

Return to factory settings

To return the microwave back to the factory settings press and hold the 'Start' and '0' button together until the buzzer sounds, the display will show "00". Then, press 'Start'. When the microwave restored the factory settings the display will show '11'. If returning to the factory settings failed the display will show '00', press 'Start' button and the display will now show 'CLEAR' and the buzzer will sound once.

User options

This microwave allows the user to change some options. To change first start by opening the door and press '2' for 5 seconds, the display will show 'OP:--'. Press the number button related with what needs to be changed, for example '2'. Now the display shows 'OP:22', keep pressing '2' until the desired setting is displayed 'OP:20'/'OP:21'/'OP:22' (it cycles through these options). To set the desired setting press 'start'. Now the change is saved. During changing the options you can cancel this by pressing 'pause'. The change won't be saved and the microwave will return to 'door open mode'. Below is a list of the options that can be changes, bold printed items are the preset options.

Below a general guide to help you select suitable utensils:

There may be certain non-metallic utensils that are not safe to use for microwaving. If in doubt, you can test the utensil in question following the procedure below.
Utensil Test:

  1. Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.
  2. Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
  3. Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.

NOTE: Do not exceed 1-minute cooking time.

Cleaning & maintenance

  • caution ATTENTION! Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply and cool down before storage, cleaning & maintenance.
  • Do not use water jet or steam cleaner for cleaning and do not push the appliance under the water as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted.
  • If the appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, this can adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a dangerous situation.
  • Food residues should be regularly cleaned and removed from the appliance. If the appliance is not cleaned properly, it will reduce its lifespan and may result in a dangerous condition during use.

Cleaning

  • Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.
  • For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned before and after use.
  • Avoid water contacting the electrical components.
  • Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
  • Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool, metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for cleaning. Do not use petrol or solvents!
  • No parts are dishwasher safe.
  • Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation.

Maintenance

  • Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent serious accidents.
  • If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that there is a problem, stop using it, switch it off and contact the supplier.
  • All maintenance, installation and repair work must be carried out by specialised and authorised technicians, or recommended by the manufacturer.

Transportation and Storage

  • Before storage, always make sure that the appliance has been disconnected from the power supply and completely cooled down.
  • Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place.
  • Never place heavy objects on the appliance as this could damage it.
  • Do not move the appliance while it is under operation. Disconnect the appliance from power supply when moving and hold it at the bottom.

Troubleshooting

If the appliance does not function properly, please check the below table for the solution. If you are still unable to solve the problem, please contact the supplier/service provider.

Microwave doesn't start working Power cord not plugged in correctly. Check if the power cord is plugged in correctly.
Fuse blown of circuit breaker active. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker. If not sure how to do this contact your supplier.
Power outlet defective Test outlet with other appliance and check circuit breaker.
Oven doesn't heat Door not closed correctly Check the door if it closes properly, if it can't be closed properly contact your supplier.
The display shows 'E-01' or 'E-02' Temperature sensor broken Unplug the microwave from the power outlet and wait 10 seconds before plugging the power cord back in. If the problems isn't solved after this contact your supplier.
Light and fan make noise when the microwave finished operating. High temperatures. This is normal, the lamp and fan stop when the microwave has cooled down enough. If they don't stop working unplug the microwave from the power socket and wait 10 seconds before plugging back in. If this doesn't solve the problem contact your supplier.

Safety instructions

  • Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was designed for, as described in this manual.
  • The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use.

  • RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself. Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water.
  • NEVER USE A DAMAGED APPLIANCE! Check the electrical connections and cord regularly for any damage. When damaged, disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Any repairs should only be carried out by a supplier or qualified person to avoid danger or injury.

  • When positioning the appliance, route the power cable safely if necessary to avoid unintentional pulling, being damaged, coming into contact with the heating surface, or causing a tripping hazard.

  • As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power supply.

  • ALWAYS switch off the appliance before disconnecting from the power supply, cleaning, maintenance or storage.
  • Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned on the appliance label.
  • Do not touch the plug/electrical connections with wet or damp hands.
  • Keep the appliance and electrical plug/connections away from water and other liquids. If the appliance falls into water, remove the power supply connections immediately. Do not use the appliance until it has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow these instructions will cause life threatening risks.
  • Connect the power supply into an easily accessible electrical outlet so you can disconnect the appliance immediately in case of emergency.
  • Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away from open fire. Never pull the power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the plug instead.
  • Never carry the appliance by its cord.
  • Never try to open the housing of the appliance yourself.
  • Do not insert objects into the housing of the appliance.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
  • This appliance should be operated by trained personnel in kitchen of the restaurant, canteens or bar staff, etc.
  • This appliance should not be operated by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons that have a lack of experience and knowledge.
  • This appliance should, under any circumstances, not be used by children.
  • Keep the appliance and its electrical connections out of reach of children.
  • Never use accessories or any extra devices other than those supplied with the appliance or recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
  • Do not operate this appliance by means of an external timer or remote-control system.
  • Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gasoline, electric, charcoal cooker, etc.).
  • Do not cover the appliance in operation.
  • Do not place any objects on top of the appliance.
  • Do not use the appliance near any open flames, explosive or flammable materials. Always operate the appliance on a horizontal, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface.
  • The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could be used.
  • Leave a space of at least 20 cm around the appliance for ventilation during use.

  • Keep all ventilation openings on the appliance free from obstruction.

Special safety instructions

  • This appliance is intended for commercial use.

  • burn hazard RISK OF BURNS! HOT SURFACES! The temperature of the accessible surfaces are very high during use. Touch only the control panel, handles, switches, timer control knobs or temperature control knobs.

  • Fat and oil become very hot during operation. Beware of this.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

  • If the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be operated until it has been repaired by a competent person.

  • It is hazardous for anyone other than a competent person to carry out any service or repair operation that involves the removal of any cover which gives protection against exposure to microwave energy.

  • Liquids or other foods must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to explode.

  • Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care must be taken when handling the container.

  • The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars must be stirred or shaken and the temperature checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns;
  • Only use utensils that are suitable for use in microwave ovens.
  • When heating food in plastic or paper containers, keep an eye on the oven due to the possibility of ignition.
  • If smoke is observed, switch off or unplug the appliance and keep the door closed in order to stifle any flames.
  • Eggs in their shell and whole hard-boiled eggs should not be heated in microwave function since they may explode even after microwave heating has ended.

  • DO NOT USE MICROWAVE FUNCTION IF NO FOOD IS PUT INTO OVEN CHAMBER.

Intended use

  • This appliance is intended to be used for commercial applications, for example in kitchens of restaurants, canteens, hospitals and in commercial enterprises such as bakeries, butcheries, etc., but not for continuous mass production of food.
  • The appliance is designed only for heating and defrosting of food products using appropriate dishes. Any other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury.
  • Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.

Grounding installation

This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.
This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections must be properly installed and grounded.
