Installing the Recirculation Kit

1. Follow steps 1 to 7 of Installing the PRO 5500hc
Conversion Kit, page 44.
2. Remove the plug (E) from the manifold P2 port,
and install the female fitting (306). See Fig. 39.
3. Install the male fitting (305) into the gun body.
4. Install one o-ring (307) on the male fitting (305)
and one o-ring into the female fitting (306).

5. Slide the stainless steel nuts (302) and ferrules
(303 & 304) onto the two ends of the recirculation
tube (301). See Fig. 38.
6. Install the recirculation tube (301) into the fluid
supply and return fittings, as shown in Fig. 40.
Qty.
Tighten the two nuts (302) securely with a wrench.

7. Slide the nylon nut (309) and ferrules (310 & 311)

onto the coiled tube assembly (308). See Fig. 38.

8. Install the coiled tube assembly (308) into the

recirculation tube (301), as shown in Fig. 40, and
2
tighten the nut (309). Make sure the entire tube is
1
1
clear of the actuator arm to avoid having the tube
1
rub against it during operation.

9. Install the gun onto the manifold as instructed on
page 37.
