REPLACEABLE PARTS
INTRODUCTION
This section contains information for ordering
parts. Table 6-1 lists abbreviations used in the
parts list and throughout the manual. Table 6-2
lists all replaceable parts in reference designator
order. Table 6-3 contains the names and addresses
that correspond to the manufacturer's code
numbers.
ABBREVIATIONS
Table 6-1 lists abbreviations used in the parts list,
schematics and throughout the manual. In some
cases, two forms of the abbreviation are used, one
all capital letters, and one partial or no capitals.
This occurs because the abbreviations in the parts
list are always all capitals. However, in the sche-

case letters.
REPLACEABLE PARTS
Table 6-2 lists all replaceable parts in reference
designator order. Table 6-3 contains the names
and addresses that correspond to the manufactur¬
er's code numbers.
ORDERING INFORMATION
To order a part listed in the replaceable parts
table, quote the Hewlett-Packard part number
with the check digit (CD), indicate the quantity
required, and address the order to the nearest
Hewlett-Packard office (see NOTE below). The
check digit will ensure accurate and timely pro¬
cessing of your order. To order a part that is not
listed in the replaceable parts table, include the
instrument model number, instrument serial num¬
ber, the description and function of the part, and
the number of parts required.
