  • Page 3 Montageanleitung zu Art.-Nr. 2236197, 3132207 1.2 - Montage Ihres Vasa Ergometer Entpacken und montieren Sie Ihren neuen Vasa Ergometer in der spezifischen Reihenfolge, die nachste- hend beschrieben ist (entpacken und montieren Sie die Teile aus Box 1 und Box 2 wie angegeben, anschließend entpacken und befestigen Sie das vordere Ergometer Bauteil aus Box 3.

Legen Sie die gepolsterte Bank auf den Boden, sodass die Seite mit den vier oder sechs Löchern (mit eingesetzten Metallmuttern in der Bank) nach oben zeigt. Wenn Sie sechs Löcher haben, montieren Sie den Sitzwagen an die vier Löcher näher am hinteren Teil der Bank.
  • Page 5 Montageanleitung zu Art.-Nr. 2236197, 3132207 Schritt 3: Montage der Bank auf Monorail 3.1. Legen Sie die Bank (mit dem Sitzwagen nach oben) neben den Monorail auf den Boden. 3.2. Halten Sie den Monorail waagerecht, wobei der T-Nutschlitz nach oben zeigt. Führen Sie den Mono- rail langsam zwischen den ersten Satz Rollen hindurch (Abbildung A).

Lösen Sie die Madenschraube an der Ecke des Kopfes der hinteren Stütze (Abbildung A) mit dem 3/16“-Innensechskantschlüssel. 4.2. Halten Sie die hintere Stütze verkehrt herum und schieben Sie die Halterung über den hinteren Abschnitt des Monorails (Abbildung B).

Öffnen Sie das untere Ende der Box (Abbildung B). ÖFFNEN SIE NICHT DEN OBEREN TEIL DER BOX. Ent- fernen Sie den Kartoneinsatz und stellen Sie ihn beiseite.

Diese Zubehörteile enthalten eine separate Montageanleitung. Zum Beispiel Kajak-Fußstütze, Erg Trainer Strap Bar - Deluxe, ROM Knob Kit, etc. Schritt 6: Befestigen Sie das vordere Ergometer Bauteil am Monorail und fügen Sie die Radhalterung hinzu 6.1.

Nehmen Sie den Zugseilclip (Abbildung A) an jedem Ende der Zugseile und befestigen Sie das gewünschte Anbaugerät am Verbindungslauf/Ring (Abbildung B).

Lay the padded bench on the floor so the side with the four or six holes (with threaded metal nuts inside the bench) is facing up. If you have six holes, you will mount the seat carriage to the four holes closer to the rear of the bench.

Lay the bench assembly (with the seat carriage up) on the floor next to the monorail. 3.2. Keep the monorail level with the T-slot channel facing up. Slowly feed the monorail between the first set of rollers (Figure A).

Loosen the socket set screw on the corner of the rear stanchion head (Figure A) using the 3/16” hex key Allen wrench. 4.2. Hold the rear stanchion assembly upside down and slide the bracket over the rear section of the monorail (Figure B).
  • Page 19 Assembly instructions for Prod.code 2236197, 3132207 STEP 5: UNPACKING FRONT ERGOMETER ASSEMBLY (BOX 3) 5.1. Lay the front end box down on ‘SIDE 1’ (Figure A). 5.2 Open bottom end of box (Figure B). DO NOT OPEN TOP OF BOX. Remove the cardboard insert & set aside.

Choose which attachment you would like to use for your workout: swim paddles, exercise handles, or other optional attachment. 7.2. Take the drive cord clip (Figure A) on each end of the drive cords, and snap desired attachment into the connection loop/ring (Figure B).

Before beginning your workout, turn the monitor OFF and wait a second or two until you hear a beep. Push the ON button to power back on and begin your workout.
