Switching On and Off
The built-in radio receiver is switched on with button Radio Ein (on) and
off with button Radio Aus (off).
With the unit in position Radio Ein (on) radio programs can be heard and
recorded simultaneously on the tape.
Station Selection

Pull telescopic antenna and tune to an FM' station with the rotary knob

selection. Tilt and rotate the telescopic
antenna
to find the
aires of greatest sensitivity. The built-in AFC will then give best
results.
On the Aerial Socket you may connect a car aerial to use the TK 2400 FM
in a car.

Volume
and Tone
Adjust with the corresponding controls. The tone. control-locks in its mid-
position (normal position).
Connections
An earphone or a satellite loudspeaker can be connected
to socket
loudspeaker. The built-in loudspeaker is then muted.
Recording of Radio Programmes
Press the track selector 1-2. (further details concerning this facility are
shown on page 18) and set the level control to automatic. Now press the
recording button and, whilst holding this down, press the start button.
All programs received are now being recorded. The automatic recording
level control of the tape recorder ensures optimum quality.
