S/N Measurement
a)
The S/N ratio can be measured by connecting the device to be
tested as
shown in Fig.
4-15.
b)
The
input level of
S
(signal)
component below 1 V requires the
input
level meter range
setting of 1 V or 0.3 V full
scale.
For
these low
input S level measurement,
the usable S/N indicator range will be
limited as
shown in Table
4-6.
The limitation also depends on the
use of either LPF,
30 kHz or 80 kHz.
