Transfer OGM

The transfer OGM is a message to make you called up on the phone at the place you visit. That
informs you that there is a message recorded which you can listen to through remote operation.
®@ Transfer OGM's eee time is limited to 30 seconds so you may leave a short message.
Press the Transfer OGM buiton.
'| (TRANSFER will flash on LCDisplay will show during
rewinding of the OGM starting point.)
Press the OGM REC button.
A long beep will be heard and the in use indicator will flash.
Begin speaking at once,
Speak loudly and clearly right after the beep, about 8 inches
away from the microphone (MIC).
0 | When you finish recording, press the OGM
LL / dL REC button again.
'| The unit will rewind the tape to the beginning, and will be
lies to record incoming cails.

Seven seconds after the tape rewinding at the end of a recording, OGM 1 and/or OGM 2 are
positioned at the starting point to be ready to answer incoming calls.
To Check Your Transfer OGM
1 Press the TRANSFER OGM (TRANSFER will flash on LCDisplay during rewinding of the
button. OGM starting point.)
Press the OGM PLAY button.
OGM play back is automatically terminated.
Press the OGM Play if you want to finish the operation halfway.
However, if the initial setting was at the Pager mode on the Transfer/Pager, the Transfer
OGM recording is not necessary as there is no OGM transmission in spite of dialing.

Example: "Hello. This is Dick Smith. I'm going to visit you today, but while I'm away. if somebody
call me. the answering machine will get their message, so could you please tell me if my machine
call you before my arrival Thank you."
