You can record two OGMs.
OGM 1's recording time is limited to 30 seconds. So you may leave a short message.
OGM 2 is an extended OGM and its recording lasts to the tape end. So the tape length to the tape
and allows to record any message you wish, such as an advertisement of your company, etc..
Mi Before operating the unit, press the ANS SYSTEM ON/OFF switch to turn the unit ON.
%| Press the OGM SELECT button.
| OGM 1 or OGM 2 will be selected by the press of OGM
4! Select Button.
f -| A voice announcement will tell "1" or "2", And OGM 1 or
| OGM 2 of LCD will flash.
"| The LCDisplay shows the selected OGM.
Now OGM 2 is selected.

Press the OGM REC button
Ff) alter the OGM 1 or OGM 2 of LCDisplay lights then release
it.
Begin speaking at once,
After the long beep Speak clearly and loudly.
Hold your mouth about 8 inches from the Microphone (MIC).
The LCDisplay will show;

=755| Press the OGM REC button again when
7ff\ recording finished.
se5| The unit will rewind the tape to the beginning, and will be
| ready to record incoming calls.
@ If you pause for over 2 seconds while recording, you will hear series of warning tones (6 beeps)
and the announcement of "Please record your OGM again.", then the unit will rewind the tape. If
this happens, start with step 1 again after the unit stops rewinding.
