Page 4: Assembly Steps
ASSEMBLY STEPS STEP 1 Assemble XL Panels (A) by sliding the middle slot in the upper panel into the middle slot of the lower panel as shown. The bottom panel should have the slots facing up, and the upper panel should have the slots facing down. NOTE: When sliding panels together, use caution. - Page 5 STEP 3 After assembling panels in Step 2, repeat the process again with the remaining panels, this time with the slots facing DOWN. Each should fit into a corresponding slot. Insert Large Panels (B) on either side of center XL Panel (A), continuing next with Medium Panels (C), and Small Panels (D) on the outside.
- Page 6 STEP 5 Remove the preinstalled pin on Panel Brackets (E1) using a 2.5mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Slide the Panel Brackets (E1) around the panel and align with the mounting holes. Thread the pin through the Panel Brackets (E1) and panels. Tighten the pins on Panel Brackets (E1) using a 2.5mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
- Page 7 STEP 6 Hold the Ceiling Brackets (E2) up to your desired mounting location and mark holes using a pencil. Wood Joist Instructions: Drill 1.4” (35mm) deep pilot holes using a ⅛” (3mm) drill bit. Attach the Ceiling Brackets (E2) using ST3.8x47mm Screw (W-A). Tighten using a Phillips screwdriver or drill with a Phillips bit.
