5. SERVICING

Under normal pumping conditions the pump requires no servicing.
But it is important to keep the suctions and delivery sections perfectly clean and free from all clogging.
The operating conditions and mode of operation must be designed so that the AdBlue
not dry out and crystallize out in the pump. Before and after each pumping operation, the pump must be
rinsed with clean water so that possible AdBlue
The following controls should be carried out regularly:
l Cleanness of the pump medium
l Deposits in and on the pump
In addition, the pump should be emptied, dripped with demineralised water and stored dry, in case of frost or during
standstill periods longer than 30 minutes.
6. GUARANTEE REGULATIONS / STATUTORY WARRANTY
For all manufacturing and material defects, the statutory warranty applies. In these cases we take the replacement or
repair of the pump. Shipping costs shall not be borne by our company, except as required by law. Please report the
warranty on our service platform http://www.profi-pumpe.de/service.php.
We will inform you how to proceed with case-related. Please mark returns sufficient postage. Unfortunately not
prepaid returns can not be accepted because they are filtered out before destination. We provide our service in
Germany.
The warranty does not cover:
l in case of material wear (sealing rings, impeller wheels, impeller chambers)
l by unjustified interventions or changes in the pump
l by self-inflicted damages
l due to improper servicing and improper use
l by use with unsuitable liquids
Moreover, we give no damage compensation for secondary damages!

7. SECURITY TIPS

l Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
l When operating suitable protective gloves must be worn.
l Never run pump dry
l Never run pump against pressure
l Pumping of unsuitable liquids is prohibited
l Never pump liquid food products
l Before usage, check on the tightness of the hose clamps
l Pay attention to the max. liquid temperature of 35°C
l The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as
well as persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities
or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if they
are supervised. These aforementioned persons should only use
the appliance while adhering to safe instructions and resulting
dangers.
l Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children
without supervision.
THE MANUFACTURER EXPLAINS:
l To take over no responsibility in the case of accidents or damages on the basis
of carelessness or disregard to the instructions in this book.
l To reject every responsibility for the damages which originate from the improper
use of the pump.
