TROUBLESHOOTING
This troubleshooting section will help you identify and solve the minor problems caused by
unusual operation of the electric system of the electric TV mount. These simple procedures
can solve most issues encountered in everyday use.
Resetting the System
Disconnect and reconnect the power. Press and hold the OK button for 5 seconds. The
system will start moving automatically, the TV mount will move to a 0°position and then
stop with a beep sound, indicating the system has reset successfully.
Notes:
If the TV mount cannot move to a 0° position when resetting, remove the TV and try
again.
