Select the desired geographical
area with DID, then touch

• It you do not use your camcorder lor about 3
months,
the buih-in rechargeable battery gets
discharged and the date and time settings may
be cleared l?om the mmnory. In that case,
clmrge file buih-in rechargcuble battery and ll/en
set the date and time again (p. 119).
• It takes a low seconds lot your camcorder to be
ready to shoot after tile power is turned on. You
cannot operatc your camcorder during this lime.
• The lens cover opens automatically wllen tile
power is turned on. It closes wllen the playback
screen is selected, or the power is turned oil
• In tile delauh _lting. the power turns oil
automatically if you leave your camcorder
unoperated lot approximately 5 minutes, to save
bauery power/[A.SHUT OFFI, p. 84).
