Check carefully to Figure 3 be certain mast cannot rotate. HML400: Insert mast in base and tighten bolt. 3. Make certain boom points in same direction as base legs. Thread mast safety lock and stud into threaded hole in mast sleeve. - Page 6 Worn cradle parts could fail, resulting in injury to resident/caregiver.
