TP CHASSIS / TELEVISION
To be able to use ISP Utility program, MStar Debug Tool's driver should have been
loaded on the PC. ISP Utility is copied anywhere on the computer and ISP_Tool
v4.5.2.8.SP.exe application is executed.
When executed for the first time, the program is opened as shown below. Settings
should be selected as in the figure.
Under "Read", press "Read" button to show the location of software to be installed.
