Learning an infrared code

An infrared receiver is located above the screen on the control panel.
When learning a code, the remote control device must be held so that its
infrared transmitter points towards the infrared receiver on the control
panel.
2.9.3.1 Learning an infrared code procedure
Enter the infrared setup menu.
Select an appliance, for example TV – (Device 1), as illustrated.
(Device 1) shows where the equipment's unique name may appear on the
screen.
