ASSEMBLING THE ACCESSORY RACKS:

The CR2 JR is shipped with the accessory racks and hard-
ware in the solution tank. When you receive your CR2
JR, it is necessary to secure the racks to the body. The
only tool required to complete the assembly is a Phillips
head screwdriver.
The CR2 JR comes equipped with pre-installed threaded
inserts in the body. The two larger racks and accessory
bag are installed on the left side of the machine (when
holding the handle). The three smaller racks are installed
on the right side (when holding the handle).

OPENING THE MACHINE:

This unit can be opened by simply removing two Phillips
head bolts, one on each side. These are located on the
side of the machine. The unit will open forward by lifting
up on the handle. If you need to open the unit further,
you may release the vacuum hose going from the base of
the vacuum plate to the bottom of the recovery tank by
loosening the hose clamp at the base of the recovery tank.

USING 9000AC -1 HIGH PRESSURE GUN :
Use the spray tip collar to select between low pressure
chemical application or high pressure rinse. Pull "OUT"
for low pressure and push "IN" for high pressure.

You may also adjust the angle of spray from a concen-
trated stream to a wider pattern by rotating the spray
collar clockwise or counter-clockwise.
Note: Chemical cannot be applied in the high
pressure rinse mode.
HARD SURFACE CLEANING WITH CHEMI-
CAL FEED SYSTEM:
The chemical feed system is designed to deliver accurate
chemical dilution for touchless surface cleaning.
1. Fill the solution tank (front tank) of your CR2 JR
with sufficient water for the task at hand.
2. Connect solution hose and accessory pressure gun.
3. Select the appropriate tip and install on the barb of
the chemical feed (see page 9).
4. Place a bottle into bottle holder.
5. Take the feed tube attached to the cap and place it
inside the chemical bottle.
6. Thread the cap onto the bottle of chemical to secure
it in place.
