Sealing ring-type
Ring-type meter-modules are factory supplied with sealing
ring catalogue number RSEALINGRING.
The meter-module can be sealed by sliding the utility
seal through slots in tabs and sealing screw to create a
tamper-proof seal.
Ringless cover sealing
Ringless covers are provided with latch and hasp, with
provision for sealing and padlocking.
Once cover installed, rotate latch until it goes through the
hasp. Use the holes provided in the latch the install a padlock
or a utility seal.

An alternate seal can be used by installing the sealing screw
provided with the meter-module. Remove ¼ inch knockout
and install sealing screw provided.
Install utility seal through the hole in the sealing screw and the
slot in the hasp.
Barrel-lock
The ringless meter-covers have provision to accept a barrel
lock. A 7/8-inch diameter knockout is situated on the
front-cover. A bracket behind 1.281 inches behind this
knockout will accept a barrel lock diameter of less than
0.421 inches
