RESULTS
+ 10V pulses at the main output, with pe-
riod 1ps, pulse width 0.5 ps, < 10ns rise
and fall times.
Period rises to about 10ys, then falls to
about 1ps.
Pulses shift to the right on the oscillo-
scope by 100ns, then back.
Pulses become very narrow (about 50ns
wide), then return to 0.5 ps pulse width.
Pulses swing between 0 and -10V, then
swing between 0 and + 10V.
Pulses may shift up or down.
Pulses swing between -10V and OV.
Pulses swing between 0 and + 10V.
Amplitude falls to + 5V, then + 1V, then
rises back up to + 10V.
Oscilloscope shows
pulses swinging
between
OV and + 3V, with period tus,
and pulse width 0.5 ps.
Oscilloscope shows
pulses swinging
between
-0.8V and -1.6V, with period
ips, and pulse width 100 us.
Oscilloscope trace is the same as in step
11.
Oscilloscope
shows
inverted
pulses
swinging between 3V and OV, with period
1ps, and low time 100ns.
