Installing the Engine
No Parts Required
Procedure
1.
Install the engine by reversing the steps in
Note:
Make sure to remove all plugs and covers that are on the hose and engine openings.
2.
Torque all fasteners to the correct specifications as shown in
1. Primary clutch: 27 N∙m (20 ft-lb)
2. Secondary clutch: 58 N∙m (43 ft-lb) with Loctite
3. Exhaust frame: 40 N∙m (30 ft-lb)
4. Exhaust transmission: 40 N∙m (30 ft-lb)
5. Exhaust manifold: 24 N∙m (18 ft-lb)
