USING THE APPLIANCE

The appliance can cook a large range of recipes. Cooking times for the main food are given in the
section 'Cooking Guide'. Online recipes help you get to know the appliance.
1. Connect the power supply cord to an electrical socket.
2. Place the food in the air fry basket or wire rack.
Note: Never exceed the maximum amount indicated in the table (see into section
'Cooking Guide'), as this could affect the quality of the end result.
3. Put the air fry basket or wire rack back into the appliance.
4. To begin cooking, you must select manually the settings.
• Selection of the cooking mode
• Turn the menus rotating knob to reach the desired cooking
mode. (these modes are described in detail in the "Cooking
guide" section).
• Selection of temperature
Set the desired temperature by turning the selector for the desired
temperature from 120°C / 250°F to 230°C / 450°F.
• Selection of cooking time
Set the duration of cooking by turning the selector until the
desired time.

Cooking starts. Internal light switches on.
The indicator light stays on for the duration of the cooking, except for TOAST mode.
At the end of the scheduled time, a bell indicates the end of cooking. The oven stops heating.
Internal light switches off immediately.
Stop cooking
The appliance can be stopped before the end of cooking time.To do this, turn the timer knob
to OFF.
5. Excess oil from the food is collected in the drip tray.
6. Some foods require shaking halfway through the cooking time (see section 'Cooking
Guide'). To shake the food, pull the basket or rack out with a kitchen pot holder and return
the food with a cooking tong. Then put the basket or rack back into the appliance and turn
the timer knob to the remaining cooking time. The cooking restarts.
7. When you hear the bell, the cooking time set has finished. Pull the basket or rack out of the
appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
8. Check if the food is ready.
If the food is not ready yet, simply put the basket or rack back into the appliance and set
the timer for a few extra minutes.
9. When the food is cooked, take out the air fry basket, wire rack, baking tray or dish. To
remove food, use a pair of tongs.
Caution: Do not touch the appliance and the accessories during use and for some time after
use, as they get very hot. Only hold them with an oven glove.
After cooking, the accessories, the dish and the food are very hot.
10. When a batch of food is ready, the appliance is instantly ready for preparing another batch
of food.
TOAST
• To select the cooking mode TOAST, rotate the function knob until to access 'TOAST' and
rotate the
knob to 450°F / 230°C.
• Rotate the TOAST TIMER knob to set the browning level (Light, Medium and Dark).
WARM
• Keep warming can be set by turning the function knob to WARM. Then, turn the temperature
knob to WARM and the time knob to the desired time.
• At the end of the timing, a bell indicates the end of cooking.
