Steel Thermos
Please read the entire instruction manual before
use and save it for future reference.
Use
- Wash the thermos before you use it for the first
time.
- When you are storing warm products in the
thermos you should fill it first with warm water
and let it stand a while to heat up the thermos.
Pour out the water immediately before you
fill the thermos with the product you want
to store. Never use the microwave oven or
regular oven to warm up the thermos.
- When you are going to store cold products in
the thermos you can first pour cold water in
and let it stand a while to cool the thermos.

- If you have not used the thermos for a long
time it is best to rinse it with warm water to
remove any possible leftover odours.
- Do not overfill the thermos. Remember to
leave enough space in the neck to have room
for the stopper.
- Make sure that the stopper is tightened
properly after you have filled the thermos.
- The stopper does not need to be unscrewed
to empty the thermos. Push the red button
to open the thermos and the black button to
close it. The thermos will close automatically
when the mug is screwed on.
- If for some reason the opening button does
not work, remove the stopper and then push
the open button. Then screw the stopper back
on.
- Make sure that the seal on the stopper is dry
before tightening the stopper.
- Regular checks should be made to make sure
that the seal is intact. A damaged or worn seal
may cause leakage.
Care and cleaning
- Wash the thermos in water and detergent
after use. Do not machine wash. Avoid using
abrasive cleaners, solvents and bleach.

- Use stain remover or deliming agent on tough
stains. Fill the thermos with hot water. Add a
teaspoon baking soda and put the stopper on.
Leave standing over night for the best result.
Rinse carefully before you use the thermos
again.
- Never lower the thermos into water. Let it
drain and dry thoroughly. Take the lid off when
storing.
- The stopper dismantles into two parts for ease
of cleaning. Assemble the stopper carefully
before you use the thermos again.
Note!
- Keep the thermos out of the reach of children if
you store hot products in it.
- Do not store dairy products for a longer period
of time in the thermos as it can cause the
stopper to be pushed out by pressure.
- Do not store carbonized products for a longer
period of time in the thermos as this can cause
the stopper to be pushed out by pressure.
- To protect the plastic material keep the
thermos away from direct heat.
- When storing warm drinks: To avoid scolding,
always pour the contents into a mug before
drinking. Never drink hot drinks directly from
the thermos.
- Never push the buttons while holding the
thermos horizontally because the contents
could spurt out and scold someone.
- Never push the black button while holding
the thermos because the contents might get
trapped in the stopper. This could leak and
scold someone.
- To avoid scolding, always hold the thermos
away from you when opening it.
