External rotation of the lower thigh may cause peroneal nerve disorder. ● Be sure to check the above in the following conditions during surgery. In the case of a surgical procedure requiring an extended period of time, compartment syndrome due to oppression and/or nerve disorder, nerve palsy and/or bedsore due to extension may occur.

Abrupt movement of a boot may cause serious nerve disorder, circulation disorder and/or blood flow obstruction.

    3-4 Setting the patient leg Warning ● Support portions for both legs must be set symmetrically. Misalignment may cause serious nerve disorder, circulation disorder and/or blood flow obstruction at the patient’s hip. Caution ● In order to prevent blood flow obstruction and Boot pad perceptual disorder caused by oppressing the patient leg, use a boot pad.
