4.4. POWER AMPLIFIER
The power amplifier is a complementary connected stage operating in
class B. The standing current is small, ensuring very low cross-over distort-
ion. Each complementary half of the output stage is a special form of the
Darlington connection, using complementary transistors, and having a very
low output impedance.
