NOT RECEIVING ANY NOTIFICATIONS?
I f the Call- out button is not sending you a
notif ication, verify the notif ication recipients
were properly set on the account.
I f W ellcam r ings, but a notif ication is not
received, verify the Video Callout
Notif ication' s toggle switch on the
account is enabled to indicate i t is active
and the correct recipients are included. W
ait a few minutes, and test the Call - out
button again.
I f W ellcam' s Video Callout Notif ication' s
toggle switch was recently enabled, wait a
few minutes before testing the Call - out
button again.
I f you do not receive a notif ication and
all recipients are correct, disable the
notif ication for one minute and re - enable
the notif ication . W ait a few minutes, and
test the Call- out button again.
WELLCAM SAYS THERE ARE NO REGISTERED DEVICES
I f W ellcam states there are no registered
devices or calls cannot be completed
when the Call- out button is pressed, the
notif ication has not been set up yet.
Create the Video Callout Notif ication on
the account.
If a notif ication has been created, wait a
few minutes, and test the Call - out button
again. Verif y the notif ication has the
correct recipients.
I f none of the options work, conduct a
f actory reset by pressing the Menu button
on W ellcam. Using the Volume
buttons click through the options until
prompted with f actory reset, and press
the Menu button to select f actory reset.
THE NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED BUT THE TALK BUTTON
IS MISSING
If the
button is missing f rom the l ive
video stream, verify that the Audio for non -
doorbell cameras add - on is enabled on
your account.

TROUBLE CONNECTING WELLCAM TO YOUR NETWORK?
Try these steps:
1.
Unplug the power adapter f rom the
outlet.
2.
W ait 10 seconds.
3.
Plug the power adapter back in to the
outlet.
4.
W ait approximately two minutes and t ry
again.
I f the previous steps did not help, t ry these:
1.
Press the Menu button.

2.
Use the Volume
the f actory reset option.
3.
Follow the audio prompts to initiate a
f actory reset. W ellcam will reboot with
f actory def aults.
I f W ellcam was previously installed on your
account, i t will need to be deleted f rom your
Customer Portal before you begin the
installation process again.
