How to proceed in the event of a fault:
> Switch the product off and then on again.
> Follow the instructions below.
> If the product still does not work properly, contact help@duravit.com.
> Have the article number at hand. The article number can be found in the Technical
Data at the end of the user manual, on the packaging label, on the product label
and in the mounting instructions.

LED display (seat unit)
The LED display flashes
(red, green, orange) or a
beep sounds.
General problems
Product does not work.
Water is leaking out.

Malfunction
The product is in standby
mode (power button/
status display lights up
red).
Leakage

supply.
> Close the stop valve to
interrupt the water
supply.
