Cybersecurity Configuration
There is no specific Naída CI M90 sound processor configuration needed to help
ensure cybersecurity. Ensure pairing with Bluetooth devices is completed in a secure
environment such as at home or in the clinician's office.
Integrated Cybersecurity Functions
The Naída CI M90 system does not include user authorization or authentication
mechanisms. The sound processor is configured to connect with a single Advanced
Bionics cochlear implant when fit with the Target CI fitting software. All events are
logged to an internal event log. Advanced Bionics can interpret and analyze the log if
the device is returned. Data integrity and quality of service is ensured through sound
processor and implant error correction and detection mechanisms.
System, Configuration, and Data Backup/Restore
The user should visit his or her cochlear implant professional if any unintended
behavior of the sound processor is observed.
