Troubleshooting

Possible solution
Disengage the chain brake.
Let the product to cool down.
Release the saw chain.
Release the power trigger to activate the product.
Charge the battery.
Speak to your servicing dealer.
Possible faults
Low battery voltage.
Temperature deviation.
Too much voltage.
Too much cell difference (1V).
Possible solution
Charge the battery.
Use the battery in temperatures
between -10°C (14°F) and 40°C
(104°F).
Make sure that the mains voltage
aligns with the voltage of the product.
Refer to the rating plate on the prod-
uct.
Remove the battery from the battery
charger.
Speak to your servicing dealer.
